Why it matters to a property
A reservation, the stay charge, the issued document and its transmission are related but distinct records or steps. Keeping them separate helps an operator understand the status of a transaction and discuss it with the accountant. A room marked as checked out does not by itself establish that the document workflow is complete.
How it fits into the workflow
AADE provides several transmission channels. Issuing an electronic document through a provider is a particular workflow, while myDATA is the platform receiving the relevant data. Document type, issuer, customer information and tax treatment need correct configuration. Checking transmission status means examining the actual system response, rather than relying only on the presence of a PDF.
A checkout example
Consider a completed stay. The team checks customer details and charges, proceeds with the appropriate issuance and reviews the transmission result. If a problem appears, it identifies that specific pending issue with the provider or accountant. This example explains separate responsibilities; it does not prescribe tax treatment or an identical process for every document type. For the team, it is useful to distinguish a guest-facing issue from one requiring accounting review.
Common misunderstanding
A myDATA connection does not make a PMS a licensed provider or establish complete tax compliance on its own. Data appearing in the platform also does not remove the need for accounting review. The applicable treatment for your particular business should be established with its accountant.

IN PRACTICE WITH NOXIO
How it fits into your daily workflow
Noxio supports electronic invoicing through a licensed provider and transmission to myDATA. PMS-linked invoicing requires Pro and a separate invoicing package per AFM. Noxio is not itself the licensed provider.
