When you request a demo

The form asks for your name, business email, phone number, business or property name, unit count, preferred language and product interest. The message is optional. Requests from Pricing may include your selected plan and invoicing options. Please leave out guest records and sensitive information.

We record your acknowledgement that we may contact you, the request time and a request identifier. When available, the form includes your landing page, referrer and campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid. These help us understand how you reached the form.

The site uses first-party sessionStorage in this tab to remember your first page, the referring external site and any campaign details. These details accompany a demo request if you submit one. They are not sent to advertising providers.

When you enquire about a subscription, these are steps you request before a possible contract.
