It is the digital issuance of business documents, such as stay invoices and receipts, and the transmission of the required data to AADE's myDATA. In Noxio Pro, the workflow connects to the booking: use information already in your PMS instead of entering it again in a separate program.
What is the difference between myDATA and a provider?
myDATA is AADE's electronic books platform. The electronic invoicing provider is the channel through which documents are issued and transmitted. In the supported Noxio workflow, documents carry MARK and a QR code. A connection to myDATA and a provider's licence are distinct things.
How does one-click issuance work?
With Noxio Pro, open the booking and use the available guest and stay details. Once initial configuration and required tax details are complete, you can issue with one click. Complete any missing details before issuance.
Can I choose automatic or manual invoicing?
Starter provides basic invoicing and a free calendar with manual entries. Pro adds PMS and automation: choose automatic issuance, one-click issuance from the booking or manual review, according to your workflow.
Is the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee supported?
Yes. Issue its dedicated collection document from the booking workflow, separately from the stay document. The accommodation category and stay period are considered during configuration with your accountant. Issuing the document does not replace filing the fee return.
How do I send the receipt or invoice to my guest?
Send the document by email directly through Noxio. PDF download and printing are also supported. The document's QR code enables verification within the same guest service workflow.
What does the €69 + VAT package include?
An annual electronic invoicing subscription for one tax ID and up to 600 documents, plus Noxio Starter's free calendar with manual entries. Initial activation and configuration cost an additional €49 + VAT, once per tax ID. The first year costs €118 + VAT; annual renewal costs €69 + VAT. Pro, if selected, is charged separately. Documents are available for one year: unused allowances expire at the end of the subscription period and do not carry over. Each additional tax ID needs a separate subscription. Larger packages and extra documents at €0.02 each, excluding VAT, are available.
What reporting can I see?
Noxio Pro includes analytics dashboards with information by country of origin and month: guests, spending and document counts. Compare markets and understand the composition of your revenue.
Do I need to enter details again from Booking.com or other online bookings?
With Noxio Pro, once a booking and its details are in your PMS, they are available in the invoicing workflow. You do not need to copy names, dates and amounts to another program. Check completeness and add anything required for the particular document.
What do I need to get started?
