What is the difference between Noxio Invoicing and Noxio Pro?
Noxio Invoicing is a standalone product for issuing documents, with a free manual calendar. Its price depends on tax IDs and document packages. Noxio Pro is the complete management platform, priced per accommodation unit. Use either on its own, or add invoicing to Pro.
Can I use invoicing on its own?
Yes. Noxio Invoicing works without a Pro subscription. Choose a document package for each tax ID and get a free manual calendar alongside it. Your number of accommodation units does not affect its price.
Can I use Pro without invoicing?
Yes. All Pro platform features are included in the annual subscription per unit. Electronic invoicing is optional. Without it, there is no document package or provider activation charge.
How is Pro priced?
€120 a year for the first unit and €60 for each additional unit. Count the units you manage separately in your calendar, such as rooms, apartments or villas. Prices exclude VAT and billing is annual.
What is the €49 activation charge?
It is the one-time technical activation of electronic invoicing for each tax ID with the licensed provider. It is not a charge for Noxio Pro onboarding, training or channel connections. It is not added again when the same activated tax ID renews.
Can I add electronic invoicing later?
Yes. Start with Pro without electronic invoicing and add it when you need it. We will help you choose a package for each tax ID and activate the provider connection.
What does Noxio Invoicing include?
Electronic invoicing and a free manual hospitality calendar. Enter reservations, organise stays and issue documents. Channel connections and the full Pro platform are not included.
What does Noxio Pro include?
PMS, calendar, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Unified Inbox, Review Inbox, AI, Analytics, connections and relevant automations. Personal onboarding is included. Electronic invoicing is added separately, per tax ID.
What does pricing per tax ID mean? Can I have several?
Each tax ID has its own annual document package and one-time activation. You can manage several tax IDs and choose a different package for each. Their number does not change how the Pro subscription is calculated per unit.
What if I exceed my document allowance?
Each additional document costs €0.02 + VAT. A package lasts 12 months. Unused documents do not carry over to the following year.
Are AI, Inbox or Analytics charged separately?
No: Pro platform features are included in the annual subscription. Electronic invoicing has a separate package and activation per tax ID. Booking channels, payment services and other external services may charge according to your agreement with each provider.
What happens if I add another unit?
The annual Pro price increases by €60 for each additional unit. If you add one during your subscription, contact us to confirm the charge and effective date before proceeding.
What do I pay at renewal?
With the same configuration and today’s prices, you pay the annual subscription and your selected document packages. Activation is not charged again for tax IDs already activated. The calculator shows this amount separately from the first year.
